I would like you to come up with a sentence that summarizes that dark section or illogical belief. I call it an illogical belief because you’ve obviously gone through life taking care of yourselves incredibly well in many ways. You’re proficient in many areas, you excel in some fields and you are certainly brilliant in others. You have increasing expectations and skills that, on the level of the intelligence, prove to yourself that you ARE good enough – in some cases absolutely stunning.

What was that early belief, name it your ‘life statement’ that summarizes a deeply held understanding that has nothing to do with your rationality or intelligence.
