In your case, you can turn it around before things get this way. You only need to take a stepback from things and think. Break-ups are highly emotional as feelings of love are a strong thing, but break-ups don’t usually cause lasting mental problems. There is a danger that displaying strange behavior after a break will make a long-lasting mark on your ex and make it hard to change that impression as time goes on.
When a relationship develops we worry less. And as people get settled they sometimes get, for want of a better word, sloppy. At these times we might not be aware that the relationship is on the rocks. So, it can be shocking when problems appear and expand so quickly. At these times you riskacting without thinking.
What you must do is put some space between you and your ex. Then your aim should be to start to become the person your ex fell for first. Actually when you work out a road map and get it correctly you can be better than before.
So, to win back your ex return to your old self. You really have no excuse not to try to win your ex back by a little self-improvement.
