Porsche 911 Strikes Again in 2007

The Porsche 911 was a series of cars that made history for the great Porsche AG car manufacturers. The Porsche was first produced in 1964, but it was recurrently improved and made more competitive and better looking.
There are several models of 911 that Porsche has to offer: the 911 Carrera, the 911 Carrera S, the 911Carrera Cabriolet, the 911 Targa, 911 Turbo, the 911 GT3 RS, to name but a few.
Basically, the Porsche 911, which is pronounced nine eleven, is a rear engined car and it has a 2-door coupe body style. It is available also in 2-door Convertible or 2-door Targa. (more…)
The Old, New And Loved Chevrolet Corvette

General Motors manufactures Chevrolet Corvette in their Kentucky assembly plant. This car falls in the sports car category. Corvettes are either two door coupes or two door convertibles. Chevrolet Corvette is very similar to Dodge Viper and Ford GT.
Extremely powerful engines are one of the distinguishing features of this car. But though the engine packs power it is not complex. An overhead valve together with a larger displacement, usage of leaf springs in suspension makes Chevrolet Corvette what it is. (more…)
Czech Sports Cars
Two Czech companies are involved in producing sports cars.
Kaipan is taking used Å koda Favorits and making them into convertibles for young buyers. The cars are available in either kit or finished form. The company, established in 1991, employs eight people but plans to increase its work force. (more…)

The 2007 Mille Miglia features 325 cars built between 1927 and 1957 and takes place in three stages. The first leg takes drivers from Brescia to Ferrara on May 17, the second to Rome on May 18, and the third back to Brescia on May 19. (more…)

the MG

My aunt had a gorgeous little MG when I was in my early 20′s and at least once I had the opportunity to drive it; on my own!!!
Well, would I like to get one of my own? I’m not sure. In 2005 the Chinese state-owned Nanjing Automobile bought the assets of the collapsed MG Rover company, which owned the MG rights, and recently rolled out the first line of new MG sports cars. (more…)
